All products in our store are customized or personalized goods. In accordance with Article 16(c) of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day cooling-off period return right stipulated by the EU is not applicable to customized and personalized items. Once production is confirmed for all orders, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
Exceptions (Mandatory Guarantees):
- The product has quality defects
- The received product is inconsistent with the order description
- The product is damaged in transit and cannot be used
