1. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree never to utilize our natural raw materials, chemical fractions, or web resources for any unauthorized, unlawful, or regulatory-noncompliant purposes. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate customer accounts, or decline supply to anyone, at any time, for any legitimate compliance or operational reason.

2. ORDER EVALUATION & ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to accept, limit, or cancel any submitted order, including but not limited to transactions flagged for potential fraud, unauthorized promotion usage, or policy breaches. Online orders (including R&D samples) are not considered legally finalized until they have been audited, approved, and cleared for dispatch by our corporate export team. If any modifications are required, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. PRODUCT APPLICATION & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Our products (including but not limited to 99.6% pure natural menthol crystals) are supplied strictly as high-purity raw materials and ingredients intended for professional manufacturing, laboratory compounding, cosmetic, or pharmaceutical formulation. As the industrial buyer, it is your sole and exclusive responsibility to ensure the safe handling, correct regulatory labeling, and full legal compliance of your final finished consumer goods within your destination market. Purenat Bio (operated by Taihu Haojie International Trade Co., Ltd.) assumes zero liability for the performance, consumer safety, or marketing representations of your finished formulations.

4. PRICING, COMMODITY SUPPLY & INACCURACIES

While we strive to maintain absolute accuracy across our technical listings and product sheets, the pricing, batch availability, and description parameters of volatile natural commodities are subject to change without prior notice. In the rare event of a catalog or pricing error during checkout, we will freeze processing and contact you to offer standard alternative procurement paths.

5. FINAL SALE, CANCELLATIONS & FEES

All Sales Are Final: Due to the strict hygiene protocols, biosecurity certifications (USP/BP/REACH/Halal), and cross-contamination risks associated with chemical ingredients, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges—regardless of packaging status.
Pre-Dispatch Cancellations: If you need to cancel a sample or bulk invoice before it is packed or handed over to our international forwarders, you must notify us within 24 hours of order placement.
Administrative Fee: All accepted cancellations are subject to a 3.5% transaction processing fee to offset the non-refundable credit card or gateway surcharges retained by financial networks. Once an order has been containerized, drummed, or dispatched, cancellations are legally impossible.

6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & COURIER CLASSIFICATION

Global Forwarding: Standard sample and premium orders are routed internationally via leading freight carriers (including UPS, FedEx, DHL, and premium global lines).
Delivery Address Integrity: The buyer must provide an absolute, accurate, and complete international destination address. If an international carrier issues an address-correction or redirection fee due to buyer omissions (e.g., standard carrier residential correction fees), the buyer will be billed for the difference.
Risk Mitigation: Purenat Bio is not legally liable for shipping delays caused by customs entry processing, port congestion, force majeure, delivery misrouting by global couriers, or cargo theft/package loss occurring after an official carrier "Delivered" tracking update.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & DATA

All digital content on this platform—including proprietary product copy, chemical description configurations, branding assets, logos, and high-resolution media layouts—is the exclusive intellectual property of Purenat Bio and our parent group, Taihu Haojie International Trade Co., Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or republication of any material without our explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. RIGID LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Purenat Bio shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential injuries, fiscal damages, or production losses resulting from the use or compounding misuse of our products or platform data. This absolute exclusion includes but is not limited to: individual allergic or manufacturing-batch adverse reactions, commercial production downtime, configuration failures, or instances where a natural aroma profile or physical crystal geometry deviates from a buyer's subjective olfactory expectations.

9. DATA PRIVACY

Your interactions, trade documentation submissions, and corporate payment records on this platform are securely processed and strictly governed by our official corporate Privacy Policy.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO COMPLIANCE TERMS

We reserve the right to update, modify, or rewrite these Terms of Service at any given time to align with changing maritime laws or international chemical commerce guidelines. Any active changes will take effect immediately upon being posted to this URL handle. Your continued use of the platform represents an agreement to these revised protocols.
