Shipping & Wholesale Operations Policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Lead Time: All online sample orders and validated commercial invoices are processed and dispatched within 2 business days upon confirmed clearing of payment.

  • Tracking & Transparency: Shipments are routed via premium international carriers with comprehensive end-to-end tracking. Our logistics network includes strategic partnerships with UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and specialized global chemical courier networks to ensure standard-compliant, secure transit.

2. Commercial Bulk & Wholesale Terms (FOB)

  • Incoterms: All commercial volume and bulk industrial drum quotations are issued strictly on an FOB (Free On Board) baseline unless negotiated otherwise via formal contract.

  • Quote Validity: Due to the inherent market volatility of natural raw material and volatile oil pricing, all issued B2B commercial quotes are strictly valid for 15 calendar days from the date of issuance.

3. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, CUSTOMS & DUTIES

  • B2B Samples (100g / 1kg): All online sample orders are shipped via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Purenat Bio handles all cross-border customs clearance and pre-pays all destination import duties and taxes for a hassle-free delivery to your doorstep.

  • Commercial Bulk Orders: Large-volume commercial shipments and industrial drum orders are quoted and executed strictly on an FOB (Free On Board) baseline unless specified otherwise by a formal proforma invoice.

  • Buyer Responsibility: For all FOB bulk shipments, all destination customs clearance formalities, localized documentation/permit submissions, and destination import tariffs remain the sole and exclusive responsibility of the buyer.
